Ingredients
�- 2 lbs Smithfield All Natural Boneless Pork Shoulder Butt Roast
- 3 cups low sodium chicken stock
- 3 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (28 oz.) can plum tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 cup diced yellow onion
- � cup chili powder
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- Steps

- Place ingredients inside a large slow cooker (3 � – 4 quarts), and mix together until well coated in spices.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
- After cooking, serve in bowls topped with desired garnishes.

Keep pork shoulder refrigerated or frozen to ensure freshness and preserve flavor. Wrapped pork shoulder can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-4 days or up to 6 months in the freezer.
